Pure ground Turmeric contains many compounds, with Curcumin regarded as one of the most beneficial to human health. However, some believe that the other compounds in Turmeric may play a synergistic role with Curcumin, and offer benefits that curcumin alone may not. With our blend, you get the best of both worlds.
Curcumin is relatively poorly absorbed by humans, and so we have added black pepper to the blend as it has been shown that this improves the bioavailability when consumed together. It is recommended that Turmeric and Curcumin are taken alongside food, as this also improves absorption.

Ingredients: Turmeric (Curcuma longa) 405mg; Curcumin 95% 40mg at 20:1 equivalent to 800mg turmeric; black pepper extract 5mg at 50:1 equivalent to 250mg black pepper; Plant source capsule shell.
Adult Suggested Use: 1 capsule per day with a meal.
